What the list mainly covers

The bulk of the list is the intensifier pump group: HP cylinders, static and dynamic seal kits, sealing head bodies and gland nuts, inlet and outlet poppets and seats, on/off valve needles and seats, springs and o-ring sets. These are the items replaced routinely during planned pump maintenance.

The second group is the high-pressure line: HP swivel joints in various angles and axes, extension tubes and adapters. On the cutting side there is a limited number of carbide wear components and nozzle nuts — the stock under this brand is not cutting-head focused. Finding the right part

KMT parts can carry more than one part number for the same function; codes changed with production year and pump revision. Alternative codes are listed together here. Stating your pump series (SL-IV, SL-IV+, SL-V or the newer SL-VI) when you enquire speeds up correct part selection.

Seal components should be replaced as a set. Renewing a single element leads to a further stoppage before long, because of the remaining life of the neighbouring parts — total cost ends up above that of a set replacement.
