IWP (International Waterjet Parts) is a US-based manufacturer of replacement parts for waterjet systems, operating within H2O Jet, Inc. The IWP items in our list span the pump group, high-pressure fittings and cutting head components.

We do not only sell IWP cutting heads — we fit them to the waterjet machines we build ourselves. We check orifice and focusing tube alignment on our own line, and can advise on replacement selection from that experience.

The advantage of replacement parts: conversion adapters

What distinguishes IWP in this list is the adapter and fitting group that bridges systems from different manufacturers. Extension tube adapters, high-pressure unions in various diameters and cross-brand conversion parts allow maintenance without being tied to a single manufacturer’s supply.

This matters most where a system is discontinued or lead times are long: production can continue on a compatible part while the original is awaited. On pressure-bearing critical components, however, replacement selection should be made carefully and the manufacturer’s pressure rating verified.

Cutting head components

Cutting head adapters and abrasive nozzle components in a range of bores are also listed. The cutting head is where a waterjet’s cutting power is formed: the orifice creates the jet, garnet joins it in the mixing chamber, and the focusing tube aligns the mixture onto the material. The fit between these three determines cut quality directly.

Focusing tube bore selection trades accuracy against speed: a smaller bore gives a finer kerf and higher accuracy, a larger bore removes material faster. Tell us the brand of your current head and the focusing tube bore, and we can point you to the right replacement.
